Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine computer maintenance, including OS updates and antivirus scans.

- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and troubleshooting procedures.
