Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and design solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations and user validation
- Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Present design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and problem-solving approach
