Responsibilities
- Transform raw, disparate datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence and strategic narratives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large-scale databases efficiently.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in a compelling, persuasive manner.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual errors and increase team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate complex data sets into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
