Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network issues with remote diagnostic tools and virtual access
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual communication platforms
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Support network upgrades and system migrations during quarterly on-site rotations
- Provide remote technical support to employees across multiple locations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with remote support platforms (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel quarterly to San Francisco office (1-2 days per quarter)
