Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align prompt strategies with user needs
- Develop and document prompt engineering best practices and optimization techniques
- Analyze model outputs and iterate prompts to improve accuracy, relevance, and creativity
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and performance
- Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering methodologies
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI/ML development
- Deep understanding of large language models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and their capabilities
- Expertise in natural language processing and semantic analysis
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks
