Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI

- Monitor KPIs and provide real-time insights for weekend business activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with weekend shift scheduling and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
