Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for weekend reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to weekend operations.
- Analyze trends and anomalies in historical data to identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand weekend business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Generate accurate weekly and monthly reports, summarizing findings for the executive leadership team on Monday mornings.
- Maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to weekend data entry and analysis workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex data insights clearly.
