Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and generate insights
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
- Prepare weekly performance reports for stakeholders across multiple departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and cleansing processes
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
