Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency
- Mentor junior designers during training phase
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Strong visual communication and storytelling abilities
- Experience with user research methodologies (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
