Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations
- Present design rationale to executive leadership with clear strategic impact
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS basics)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
