Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create end-to-end design systems including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs across web and mobile platforms
- Develop comprehensive user journey maps and interaction flows to optimize user experiences
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ end-to-end product designs
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex B2B SaaS applications
