Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise AI systems
- Develop prompt frameworks that enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucination rates
- Create documentation standards for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompts into production pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance and iterate improvements
- Train internal teams on prompt engineering methodologies and tools

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model optimization
- Proficiency with Python and experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
