Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to align design with business goals
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights to create user personas and journey maps
- Design and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals for effective collaboration with developers
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
