Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and gather constructive feedback.
- Optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of front-end development constraints.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
