Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy software patches and critical updates during off-peak hours.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with the central engineering team to troubleshoot complex production bugs.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and code quality standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency incident response.
- Maintain and optimize legacy systems to ensure long-term stability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with a strong understanding of backend architecture.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong ability to work independently and autonomously during weekend shifts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
