Our weekend shift operates Friday-Sunday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), allowing you to balance professional growth with personal pursuits. You'll work on scalable cloud-native applications, microservices architecture, and AI-driven platforms while leveraging our state-of-the-art development infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous delivery excellence
- Optimize application performance through rigorous testing and debugging methodologies
- Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on the weekend team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expertise in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with complex system architecture challenges
- Excellent communication abilities for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of production-level applications or significant open-source contributions
