Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to drive design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze user feedback to continuously optimize experiences
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
