Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and thinking.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Expert knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.
