Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from concept sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive audits to uncover insights.
- Translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive and functional designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and contribute to our centralized design system and component library.
- Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders with confidence.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) in all design outputs.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, portfolio-based case study demonstrating your design process.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data.
- Deep understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
