Responsibilities

- Develop evaluation metrics for AI response quality
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and research
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLM platforms
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing experience
- Published work in AI or computational linguistics preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts
