Role Overview
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will leverage your deep expertise in cloud platforms to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud architecture using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across all cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to automate deployment processes.
- Conduct cost analysis and implement strategies to optimize cloud spend.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure architecture.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Expert are highly preferred.
