- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Maintain flexible work schedule with core collaboration hours (10 AM - 3 PM PST)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile environments with flexible work arrangements
