Responsibilities
- Execute user research studies, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to align design solutions with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to design sprints and participate in agile ceremonies
- Document design processes and create comprehensive design specifications
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, problem-solving skills, and user-centric thinking
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
