Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail with precision
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to refine test cases and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Perform regression testing and validate functional requirements against technical specifications
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Expert knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
