Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop design systems and UI components for scalable digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders)
- Present design solutions and iterate based on feedback
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Document design processes and maintain design libraries
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects (school projects or personal work accepted)
- Basic understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout)
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating accessible and user-centered experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent (design degree preferred but not required)
