Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document incident tickets and resolution procedures in ITSM systems
- Assist with desktop deployments, OS installations, and peripheral configurations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and basic protocol implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and maintenance
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation
- Shadow senior technicians during complex troubleshooting scenarios
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, CompTIA) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in team environments
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
