Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve products
- Mentor junior designers during program transition phase
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking (even academic/personal projects accepted)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and design tools (Figma/Sketch)
