Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Develop sophisticated prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to ensure high-quality, context-aware outputs.
- Performance Tuning: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompts to maximize accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Research & Analysis: Analyze user interactions and model outputs to identify trends, biases, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate prompt logic into scalable AI products and APIs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and style guides for the engineering team.
- Training: Assist in the fine-tuning processes and contribute to the training data curation efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in copywriting, technical writing, or content strategy.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Language Mastery: Exceptional command of English grammar, vocabulary, and rhetorical devices with a focus on precision and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured, actionable instructions.
- Scripting: Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages is a significant advantage.
