This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week while engaging with our vibrant Atlanta tech community.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify emerging trends
- Develop automated reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business strategies
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
