We are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer to join our innovative team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business logic and generative AI capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts that drive high-quality outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs).
As a critical member of our AI strategy division, you will shape the future of our automated content systems and ensure our AI models align with our brand voice.
Responsibilities
- Develop Advanced Prompt Libraries: Create and maintain a repository of high-performance prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Model Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with data scientists to refine pre-trained models based on prompt engineering insights.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iteration to improve response accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Documentation: Write comprehensive technical documentation for prompt strategies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to integrate AI tools into workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, AI content generation, or technical writing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Python, OpenAI API, and other LLM frameworks.
- Writing Ability: Exceptional command of English grammar and style.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to debug AI outputs and identify edge cases.
