As a key member of our product team, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. You will be responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and delightful experiences across our web and mobile platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX process from research and wireframing to prototyping and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision.
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze data to iterate and improve designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user research methodologies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and implement features.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system.
- Advocate for the user voice during the development process.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process from research to delivery.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
- Experience conducting and analyzing user testing sessions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
