Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative design solutions.
- Present design concepts and defend your decisions to the broader team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design lifecycle, including case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
