Responsibilities
- Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct usability testing, interviews, and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and ability to solve complex problems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
