Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for web/mobile applications
- Execute manual and automated tests using provided equipment (testbeds, devices, tools)
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed reproducible steps
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments and equipment calibration
- Mentor junior QA testers on testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software/web applications
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with provided testing equipment (hardware/software)
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
