Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design decisions through compelling visual storytelling
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our evolving design culture
- Partner with marketing teams to create cohesive brand experiences across digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
