Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and interactive prototypes
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility best practices across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with usability testing methodologies and A/B testing frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
