Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for complex web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Execute usability testing sessions and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards for consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
