Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on existing designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback
- Stay current with UX/UI trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
