Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI components across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-driven insights
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews and surveys
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
