Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product vision and translate it into functional design specifications.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and justify design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and results.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design improvements.
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying current with the latest UX trends and best practices.
