Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members for feedback and approval.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of the design process.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
