Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through compelling data narratives
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
