About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive QA Tester to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by identifying bugs, analyzing requirements, and designing comprehensive test cases.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Execute manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality.
- Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical findings effectively.
