Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ enterprise users across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) under senior guidance
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with security teams on endpoint protection protocols
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation biweekly
- Maintain 99.9% SLA for critical system outages
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for network and hardware issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation tools
