Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure scalability and brand integrity.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously iterate and improve product usability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric design mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
