Responsibilities

- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize products
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines ensuring quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
