Responsibilities
- Drive Business Intelligence: Design and develop comprehensive data models and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Mining & SQL: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Recommend data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights from unstructured data.
