Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and implement tracking frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience in B2B environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into ROI
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex analytical projects
