Responsibilities
- Drive Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define precise data requirements.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to communicate complex data stories to non-technical audiences.
- Data Integrity: Clean, validate, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and increase data timeliness.
- Stakeholder Management: Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to leadership to influence business decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) is mandatory.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the SaaS or Fintech industry is a significant plus.
