Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve the product.
- Stay current with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and case studies.
- Proficiency in designing in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and design principles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and agile development cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
